You Don't Have to Stay Fat

Israel of Fat Man Unleashed is in the process of losing weight. He tracks his progress on his blog. A recent post strikes a nerve.

First the bad news. Israel lists seven reasons why you are fat and will stay fat. Now the good news.

"...just think a little. Moderate how you intake these fatty (yet delicious) foods, slowly adjust your body to different and better eating habits. Change your thinking, control your mind, and it’ll change your body."

Unintended Consequences

"There are no pockets in a shroud," he said.

How did he do it? "I set out to work hard, not to get rich."

Often good things blossom as by-products of a well executed plan.
