Easy Logs and Diaries

I've found a great new way to keep logs and diaries using Google docs. You can quickly make entries without opening the document. After a while, you'll find the spread sheet populated with all sorts of good information about whatever you want to record, whether a diet or exerise log or simply a journal.

Let's say you're lifting weights and you want to keep track of your progress. Open a Google spreadsheet. Click on the title and rename it "Lifting Log."
