    <directions><p>
Slice the tomato, red bell pepper and cucumber into small bite sized chunks. Slice and chop the scallion, leaving pieces about the sized of course ground pepper. Salt and mix well together.
</p>
<p>
Completely drain the artichoke hearts and add to the other vegies. Mix.
</p>
<p>
Let this sit for a while, stirring occasionally. It gets better with time. If it tastes thin to you, add more salt.
