Here from Mashable are 50 sites that specialize in online grocery shopping.

I did some shopping at Amazon Grocery and found that the prices are consistently higher than what I pay at my local Publix.

This is probably a great resource for finding specialty ingredients that you can't get outside of New York or Los Angeles.

BTW Publix would benefit greatly from a computer in the store what
would instantly tell you if 1.) the item is in the store; and 2.) where
it's located. Unless it's milk, bread or beer most of the employees don't have a clue.
