Getting Exercise Done in a Hurry

I try to finish my exercise routine in half hour. This is for two reasons: first, that's about all the time I have; second, too much beyond that becomes stale and boring . Furthermore, I don't have time to get to a gym. Yet, my space on my houseboat is cramped. A lot of exercise equipment is out of the question. So I was very excited this morning to run across a set of one-arm dumbbell exercises on Shah Training.

These are focused and concentrating routines that get a lot done in a small amount of time. Writer Parth demonstrates them on video and has recommendations for starting the program yourself.

Another great advantage is that they require only a single dumbbell! I already have a couple that I'm using with my current routines.

I plan to start experimenting with one arm dumbbell exercises on Saturday, my next workout day.
